Classes
At WFMA, we know that every student is unique. Our classes are designed to create the right environment for students to excel at their own pace *and* have fun. Our schedule is also respectful of today’s busy lifestyle.
Every introductory course starts with a ½ hour private training session during which Master West can assess the best class fit for the student.

Current Class Descriptions:
Little Ninjas - The Little Ninjas Class is based around the needs of younger children, ages 4-6. Little Ninjas focuses on movements designed to improve concentration, coordination, balance, and strength. The class also focuses on the early stages of goal setting by having the students work for and achieve belt stripes.
Basic Course - The Basic Course is a 6-month course designed to introduce the student to basic Martial Art skills including stretches, blocks, stances, strikes, kicks, traditional forms, and board breaking. This course is an excellent way for a beginner to enter the world of Martial Arts.
Adults Class - A great way to get in shape, releive stress, improve flexability, and have fun all while learning effective self-defense techniques.
Masters Training Course (MTC) - The Master’s Training Course is for students who are committed to achieving the level of Black Belt. MTC students are highly focused on their individual goals and are willing to work hard to achieve them. This course covers all Basic Course curriculum plus training in traditional forms, Martial Arts weapons, board-breaking, and sparring. (Enrollment by invitation)
Leadership Training Course (LTC) - An elite training course for students whose commitment level goes above and beyond. Not only will LTC students learn more advanced Martial Art physical skills, but they will develop a stronger character as they learn to be the best leader they can be in the Martial Arts arena and in life. (Enrollment by invitation)
Private Training - Private sessions with Master West are an excellent way to supplement your training course by offering personalized one-on-one training. (Available by appointment)
Ranking (belt promotion) exams are an important part of every student’s Martial Arts training by establishing goals worth reaching for. Exams are held approximately every 12 weeks for students who are ready.
